Nigeria mobile numbers use the country code +234 followed by 10 digits. Your panel shows the full number with the code. Either paste it whole, or pick Nigeria in the Facebook country list and type only the 10 digits.
Nigerian mobiles start with 07, 08 or 09 locally. After +234 the 0 goes, so 0803 123 4567 becomes +234 803 123 4567.
